Max Effectiveness is our name and our vision. Effectiveness is measured in many ways. Our clients measure it in a way that makes sense to them. We help by assisting the creation of measurement, define the now, identify the gap between the now and the future, set goals to reach the future, create a plan to get to that future, and implement their plan.
Dr. Gregg Max is a self-made man who found himself in a difficult situation in the early 1980's. He had to take charge of his life, identify a course of action, implement that course and change. Coaching by great coaches was the only way for him to accomplish his growth.
His interpersonal skills, education and experience make Gregg a powerful coach. He has spent 20 years sharing his knowledge and skill for change. He is rightfully proud of his personal and professional accomplishments.

Dr. Gregory Max is an industrial psychologist and principal of Max Effectiveness Consultants based in Southern California. He has more than 20 years of experience in coaching all levels of employees and design and deliverly of training. He is an expert facilitator, empathetic coach, and a creative problem solver. His clients have included: the Superior Courts of Orange County, aerospace corporations, finance services corporations, banks, mortgage companies, hospitals, electronic manufacturers, charitable organizations and a Michael Milken start up food company. Presently he is a Professor with The California State Polytechnic University in Pomona in the Management of Human Resources Department.
He facilitates Leadership, Management, Team, Diversity and various custom designed learning opportunities and meetings. He has delivered vendor provided programs as well as his own custom design sessions. He has partnered with UCI Paul Merage School of Business Graduate School on customized leadership programs. He has facilitated learning events for foreign MBA students.
Dr. Max holds a Masters Degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and a Doctorate in Psychology with emphasis in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the American Behavioral Studies Institute. He is professionally certified in many standard assessments and systems of management. Some of these include: Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator (MBTI) and Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS), DiSC Behavioral Instrument, DDI, Lominger Leadership Architect, Achieve Global, PDI Coaching, ASTD Consultant.
He is a professional member of the American Society for Training and Development; he is a presenter of the Total Trainer Program (train the trainer) and co creator of the Delivery Skills Workshop (presentations skills training). He is a member of the Organizational Development Network, Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, 16 Type Association, and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
